Euro pop Queen Loreen continues to dominate the music scene this week, with the discharge of her newest single ‘Warning Indicators’ – a robust and deeply private dance monitor that sees the singer information listeners on a journey of “uncooked emotion and self-discovery”.
Produced by Jon Shave (Charli XCX, RAYE, Riton) and co-written with an all-star staff together with Ina Wroldsen (Calvin Harris, Disciples, Kylie) and Corey Sanders (Sigala, Zedd, The Chainsmokers), the anthemic monitor blends Loreen’s signature electro-pop sound with world music influences, making a lush and immersive expertise that mirrors the emotional depth of the music’s narrative.
Lyrically impressed by the darker facet of lengthy, the evocative music sees Loreen encapsulate the bittersweet expertise of falling for somebody we all know we should always resist, whereas acknowledging the “deeper religious truths that such relationships can reveal”.
