Morgan Wallen is talking out for the primary time after he was arrested in Nashville nearly two weeks in the past.
The 30-year-old nation singer was arrested on Sunday (April 7) after he allegedly threw a chair off of the roof of Chief’s Bar in Nashville, Tenn. Apparently, he laughed after he threw the chair off the roof, which sat six tales above a busy road.
The chair apparently hit the road about three toes away from some law enforcement officials. He was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment in addition to disorderly conduct.
Morgan took to his X/Twitter account on Friday (April 19) to share an apology.

“I didn’t really feel proper publicly checking in till I made amends with some of us. I’ve touched base with Nashville legislation enforcement, my household, and the great individuals at Chief’s. I’m not happy with my habits, and I settle for accountability…. I’ve the utmost respect for the officers working daily to maintain us all secure. Concerning my tour, there shall be no change. -MW,” he tweeted.
Proper after the incident came about, Morgan‘s lawyer launched a press release.
“At 10:53p Sunday night Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He’s cooperating totally with authorities,” Morgan‘s lawyer, Worrick Robinson of Worrick Robinson Regulation, stated in a press release to Billboard.
Morgan‘s ex-fiancee spoke out concerning the arrest amid rumors he threw the chair due to her.
