“Following up on the success of Nut/Cracked on the Harkness Dance Middle final 12 months, we’re returning to make this season simply as vivid. Nut/Cracked is my vacation present to New York’s scrappy, irreverent, resilient and hilarious dance group in all its superb eclecticism,” feedback David Parker. “Conceived within the spirit of dancing faculties throughout the nation with their inevitable Nutcrackers and embossed with New York Metropolis grit, Nut/Cracked cuts the plot unfastened and revels within the easy essences of the season — snow, ice, evergreens, greed, competitors, generosity, presents, addictions, faucet sneakers and toe sneakers. The corridor is decked, and we’re delighted to be again.”
